It would be strange if it didnt bleed after popping a pimple. It is possible that your pimple is affected by bacteria and the liquid fluid coming out of it is just the bacteria breakdown. So a couple days ago I found a reddish spot on my balls wall skin I popped it pus blood came out now it just looks reddish its only one bump nothing else has formed Im really nervous I dont know what it could be.
