Pimple With Pus On Breast. Pimples form when pus gathers near or on the skins surface. I FINALLY pushed on it and it literally exploded with pus blood and God only knows what else.

The pimple is swollen larger then the actual nipple and extraordinarily painful.

Small cracks develop in the skin of the breast and nipple allowing Staphylococcus aureus bacteria to enter the body. Same goes for a pustule. Not only do these lumps look quite a bit like pimples they can also ooze pus.
